Story
Eva (Odessa Young), a widow living in the 19th century, is forced to make an impossible choice when a ship sinks off the coast of her remote fishing village in the midst of an exceptionally brutal winter. Eva and her crew must decide whether to save the castaway or survive the winter with the last of their food. Faced with the consequences of their choices and plagued by guilt, the residents struggle with a growing sense of fear and begin to believe that they are all being punished for their choices.
