The world’s most famous superhero and comics’ most famous journalist faces the pressures and complexities that come with balancing work, justice, and parenthood in today’s society.. The pilot pays homage to "Action Comics" #1 (Superman’s debut) by showcasing the hero’s original Golden Age costume for the first time in live action. The famous green car from the cover is also featured.. Superman flies past the WB logo and transforms it into the DC Comics logo. Both logos are red and blue and are set on the Kent farm. .

I’m so sad they ended this show! It was such a fun ride! I loved how it explored so much of what makes Clark, Clark! Obviously not as well as Smallville, but that show started when Clark was a teenager, and this one has him as a father. Tyler Hoechlin did a fantastic job playing Superman! His acting was strong throughout the series and I felt for the character.
He did a great job!
I admired how he was with his family and embraced it. 🙂 Now – this show has had its problems, yes. When all this happened it was a bit confusing for people who know the characters as well as for new fans, at least I would think so. I mean, who has Superman already fought at this point? It’s already been established that he is Superman – but we don’t know when that will happen. I feel like the supporting cast is strong too.

I enjoyed watching Clark’s family grow and mature over the course of the series. Hahaha, if I wanted to, I would have gotten punched once or twice. 😛 Regardless – it’s a show set in a new time, obviously there are going to be some things that are a bit out of date. I don’t think the villains in this one are all that much fun. I enjoyed some of their traits, but for the most part it wasn’t my thing. It’s okay though, I was there to watch Superman be Superman.

:)I’m glad I watched it, but I felt the show could have lasted another season or two. That’s my only complaint about this one. :P.
